Thirst

We thirst pretending
The earth is bending down to the soil
A soul so presented with ground so sheltering
Comfort of confirmation fulfilling
Needles sewing as old as threads ensuing
As strangers we happened to be talking
In an open where our clothes have taken flight

The hours telecasted our sounds like thoughts air - like
Danger breaks the headlines where mirrors smoke
Earth is now exploding when cheers provoke
Country waits, the cuts heavy with growing seeds
We are friends me and the earth now graced like mending breeze

Be the ground that best be took, so slight
Around this we respond as bashful and beautiful
