The Moon with Effect

Nothing by night
beyond - there soon
to let - the moon
A thought can be forever

If I can for always be one
Feed the stars - a moonsphere
Pursuade the wind from envy
I would - who would stop me

Let the vanity night - your eyes
The light by day - the moon by night
Though it would seem - a heart is lost
The moon more than more over

Oh well I would say
For my mind at peace
The moon nameless
The stars left shining shiftless

Night eyes would meet a face
The moon's smile could live one more day

In North City - Crescent Moons

sometimes

they
appear -
the
crescent
moons.

as two parts
just wanting
they meet.

in the lighter
of something
magnificant.

it's so smooth
(down with the real)

they say -
it's so hot that you can't sleep

next to your skin
at a time like this

so decided I could
so perfect I could
so left I could

looking back
airy bright bedroom
and skylight

A Souvenir in the Night

I want to remember it just like this:
Tonight, the moon is smoking.

It will kill you or drive you mad;
Sometimes you don't understand it.

Then you just stop wanting to understand it (said of myself just strolling in the night)

It's like being
taught the religion of the moon.

The moonlight it showers-
I think to myself...

Let the word 'moon' drop down
into my pocket like a shining silver quarter;

I hold firmly just standing -
So perfect this souvenir in the night;

(when I was a little girl!
shouting and laughing!
a bundle of nerves!)
